Do you guys accept returns?

Can I exchange an item?

At this time we are only offering returns.     

When are you getting more of _____ in stock? 

We do our best to restock items that sell out. We are not always able to restock due to manufactures lack of supply.    

When will my order ship? 

After your order is placed, we take 1-4 business days to process your orders before shipment. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

When will you post new arrivals?  

We post new arrivals everyday! Stay up to date on all new arrivals by following us on Instagram as well as signing up for our newsletter. 

  

Why do some international customers have to pay to receive their packages?  

Different countries have different customs regulations. We can not control or determine what fees or shipping rates may apply and we are not responsible for paying these fees.
