Returns
Returns are accepted only for U.S. orders for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. Once 14 days has passed since the date your package was delivered, we cannot accept your return. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. To complete your return, your receipt is required.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returning merchandise.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for your store credit in the original amount of your items at the time of purchase.
If your item is not eligible for a return because it did not meet our requirements, we will not accept your return and will not be held responsible for your package. We will not give you store credit and you will be held responsible for the reshipping fees of your package.

Domestic Shipping
Free U.S.A shipping on orders over $50. After your order is placed, we take 2-4 business days to process all orders. Domestic shipping takes 2-4 business days.
Once your package is shipped, we will be emailing you an update on your order with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your package.
International Shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $25. International shipping can take 2-80 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.
How do I check my order status?
If you have an account please login first and then follow the directions below:
1) When signed in to your account, click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site.
2) On the left, you will see your account information and in the main area, you will see your 'Order History' if you have previously ordered from us.
What if my package is stolen or lost?
Mandy Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information reports your package delivered to the address provided. Please contact your local USPS post office to report any issues.
I put the wrong shipping address. What happens now?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address inputed by the customer, we are not held responsible for your package. If your package is sent back to our studio and you would like your package resent to you, we do charge a reshipping fee. If you would like to cancel your order, we charge a restocking fee of $10.95.
